Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and profile details you provide when you register, including information received from sign-in providers such as Google if you choose to sign in with them.
• Content you create. App descriptions, project content, chat messages, and instructions you give to the platform or to agents you create.
• Contact information for agent channels. If you enable an agent's SMS or email channel, we collect the phone numbers and email addresses you designate as authorized contacts, along with the messages exchanged with the agent, so we can deliver the service and maintain a security audit log.
• Billing information. Subscription and payment details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and device information. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken, used for security, debugging, and improving the service.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To deliver agent conversations across the channels you enable, including sending and receiving SMS messages and emails on your behalf.
• To send verification codes (one-time passcodes) that confirm ownership of phone numbers and email addresses added as authorized agent contacts.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To protect the security of the service, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as service updates and support responses.

SMS/text messaging privacy

If you enable an agent's phone number or add your phone number as an authorized contact, you consent to receive text messages related to that agent, including verification codes and agent replies. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can also remove your phone number from an agent's authorized contacts in your dashboard.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us:

• AI model providers that process the prompts and content needed to generate apps and agent responses.
• Communications providers (such as Twilio for SMS and SendGrid for email) that transmit agent messages.
• Cloud infrastructure providers that host the platform and store data.
• Payment processors that handle billing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of DeliverIT and our users, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Agent conversation logs are retained as part of your account's audit history and are deleted when the associated agent or account is deleted.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, verification requirements before agents will respond to a phone number or email address, and access controls limiting who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• You can access and update your account information in your settings.
• You can remove authorized contact phone numbers and email addresses, disable agent channels, or delete agents at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@deliverit.io.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights such as access, correction, portability, and deletion of your personal information. We honor such requests as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

DeliverIT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
